Khalid Mahmood

Khalid Mahmood served as a career civil servant for nearly forty years at important positions within and outside the country. He served as a Chairman of the Sindh Revenue Board from 2016 to 2021. Having vast exposure in the public sector, Mr. Mahmood offers extensive expertise in fiscal policy, economic & regulatory frameworks, international procurements, and multilateral negotiations. He has also been Pakistan’s Commercial Counsellor to South Korea from 2000 to 2004.
