One-Hoshang
Pakistan’s first ultra-high-end luxury residential tower, with world-class amenities, comprising G+37 stories. One-Hoshang will be Pakistan’s first LEED Gold certified residential tower that aims to offer a new lifestyle choice that is sustainable and distinct.
One Hoshang is located in Karachi’s prime central district, Civil Lines, and offers close proximity to high-end hotels, recreational clubs, businesses, commercial districts and is adjacent to the famous historical site, Frere Hall.
The project is the only approved heritage development in Pakistan, which combines the rich history of the Indian Sub-Continental and British design philosophies into modern architecture offering a single apartment per floor.
As part of the heritage commitment, One Hoshang is restoring the façade of the original building and will maintain a small museum with exhibits from an era gone by.
One-Hoshang is designed by a team of world-class architects, engineers, and interior designers, responsible for premium projects like Chelsea Barracks (first LEED Platinum development in Europe), Bulgari Hotel, London Google, Gardens by the Bay, Jewel Changi Airport (Singapore), One Hyde Park (London) and the Lanesborough Hotel (London). Squire & Partners, the lead architects submitted One Hoshang design for the New London Architect Awards 2021, for which it was shortlisted.
TPL Properties, through the concept of adaptive reuse is protecting the façade of the 130 year old heritage building with the amalgamation of both modern and traditional architecture.
