LEED-REGISTERED PROJECTS

We take pride to announce that TPL Properties is launching Pakistan’s first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold registered residential tower, One Hoshang, that offers a sustainable and distinct lifestyle choice.

Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle

TPL has managed to use its waste management effectively by donating Panaflex skins for its campaigns to Garbage Can and Ra’ana Liaquat Craftsmen’s Colony (RLCC). Employees were encouraged to buy products that were up-cycled from these donated skins, helping RLCC to fulfill the notable cause.

Waste Management

TPL partnered with Davaam Waste to recycle the waste generated from Centrepoint that also eventually helps in reducing our carbon footprint.

HOSPITAL TREATMENT SERVICING

TPL aims to deliver relief to families by providing financial assistance to hospitals and develop IT infrastructure, software and tech support for better hospital management. We frequently collaborate with Bait-ul-Sukoon, Pakistan’s only free treatment cancer hospital, for fundraising initiatives.

BLOOD DONATIONS

TPL regularly partners with organizations like The Indus Hospital and Pakistan Red Crescent Society to organize Blood Donation Drives to help fulfill the nation’s demand for blood.

COMMUNAL IMPACT

We adopt a community-based approach for hunger relief by collaborating with Foundations such as JDC Foundation to provide funds for Rashan bags. In 2020 alone, we were successful in providing Rashan bags to 500 families.

EASING COMMUNICATION BARRIERS FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED

Family Educational Service Foundation (FESF) is a non-profit educational organization that specially aims to improve the lives of marginalized communities. TPL provides financial assistance to enable deaf children to acquire quality education and become independent.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Ida Rieu Welfare Association imparts education and vocational training to visually and hearing-impaired students. With TPL’s financial assistance, Ida Rieu has been successful in providing education, vocational training, transportation, and health care facilities to students.

Children Education Policy

We at TPL believe that knowledge and education is one of the fundamental ways for society to progress. In line with this belief, we provide our low income employees’ children with full academic scholarships every year through our Children Education Benefit Policy.
