TPL Properties Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on February 14, 2007 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The principal activities of this real estate development company are to invest, purchase, develop, sell, lease or dispose off real estate assets primarily in the commercial and residential asset classes. The registered office of the company is situated at Centrepoint building, off Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway near KPT Interchange, Karachi.
TPL Properties Limited successfully completed its initial public offering conducted through a Book Building process in June 2016. The company is the real estate development arm of TPL Corp Ltd.
Centre Point is TPL Properties first project and is a state of the art commercial complex with 100% space leased out. The building adheres to the highest international standards of design and technology in commercial buildings and is a unique addition to Karachi’s skyline.

Centrepoint provides Grade-A commercial office space with the highest quality ICT and MEP infrastructure to cater to local and multinational corporations.
TPL Corp has an internal property management staff that includes Civil, MEP, ICT and Security departments that oversee the day to day operations of the building which generates onsite power of approximately 4.0 MW to cater for all building services.
TPL Properties is currently developing a residential project in Karachi through the recent acquisition of HKC Ltd. Other investors and assets are currently being pursued.
