Mr. Ahmed Mujtaba Memon is a senior finance, trade, and governance professional with over 36 years of experience in economic policymaking, corporate finance, and public-sector oversight. He has held leadership roles in the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, and the Privatisation Commission of Pakistan, where he contributed to the development of key trade and industrial policies, strengthened financial governance, and led high-level negotiations to secure critical funding for the national economy.
Mr. Memon has also served on the boards of major public sector and listed entities, including PTCL, K-Electric, SSGC, SLIC, NESPAK, and NTC, primarily chairing or participating in audit, finance, and governance committees. He holds an MBA (Finance) from IBA Karachi, a Master’s in Economics, and is a Certified Financial Planner (Canada), and currently provides strategic policy advisory services.
